The Malaysia Extreme Sports Association (MESA) will be hosting the Asian Extreme Sports Championship 2013 in Malaysia between the 28th June 2013 to 30th June 2013 at Mont Kiara Sports Complex, Kuala Lumpur.
The said Asian Extreme Sports Championships 2013 is an Event sanctioned by the Asian Extreme Sports Federation (AXF), which is the official governing body for Extreme Sports in Asia.
The Asian Extreme Sports Championships is one of the biggest action sports extravaganzas that is held annually by rotation between Asian Countries. The said Championships will have top competing athletes participating from Asian Countries such as China, Japan, Hong Kong, Chinese Taipei, Korea, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Kuwait, Iran, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Singapore, Brunei and Malaysia, among others. The are currently 17 countries confirmed to participate in this Championships.
The Championships will have 3 main sporting categories which are Skateboarding, Inline Skate & BMX. There will be great exposure of participants and visitors (local and foreign) to flock into the event venue to experience the biggest action extreme sports event by Malaysia. This Event will attrack media, elite athletes, spectators, and industry players from the Asian and International Arena of Extreme Sports.
The Asian Extreme Sports Championships is sure to demonstrate some unusual highlights, daredevil stunts or one off record breaking displays to increase event hype and awareness. This lifestyle, young generation sport is more than just an action sports event. It is a carnival, complete with live action, music and entertainment as well.
